KCG Knapsack Cargo GmbH operates the public combined traffic terminal in the Chemical Industrial Park Knapsack.
KCG’s range of services is geared to all types of combined traffic. One of our main areas of focus is dealing with chemical transports. The terminal in Knapsack, located to the south of Cologne, is a logical extension to the existing terminals Cologne-Eifeltor (German Rail/DB) and the Cologne-Niehl-Harbor (CTS). A daily rail connection (Mo. – Fri.) between Knapsack and the Cologne-Niehl-Harbor, namely the Knapsack-Niehl-Shuttle, improves and enhances the connection between Cologne’s southern region and the north.
Knapsack Cargo could become a link in your logistic chain in that we offer working together in cooperative partnerships. By integrating Knapsack’s terminal into existing and /or new avenues of transportation, process optimization for both manufacturers and carriers is an attainable goal.
